A quaternized terpolymer with high affinity for keratin, POLIQUAT® 539 acts as an effective conditioning agent for hair and skin. In hair care formulations, it provides conditioning, significantly improves combability, and promotes a healthy appearance of the hair, delivering a soft feel and a pleasant sensory experience. Its excellent substantivity facilitates uniform deposition, contributing to the alignment and maintenance of the hair fiber’s integrity.
