Note: Neutralization (pH 7.0–7.5) is required for gel formation.
GELIFIC® SF1 remains stable for at least 12 months if stored in its unopened packaging, protected from moisture at temperatures below 30°C. When using portions of a package, recommended to homogenize the product first.
